2015 was a record drought year in the Southwestern and Western United States. To find out more about what's being done, Generation Justice Journalism Fellow, Christina Rodriguez, attended the 2015 Western Governors' Association Drought Forum in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

There, she conducted in depth interviews. From the Policy Advisor of the Western Governors' Association to the Chairman of the New Mexico Acequia Association, Rodriguez collected diverse opinions and ideas on the drought.
