Exciting News: our colleague Dr. Shinsuke Eguchi was just named the winner of this year's Randy Majors Memorial Award!

The Majors Award is bestowed by the National Communication Association's Caucus on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Concerns. This award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and/or transgender scholarship in communication studies. Each year the Caucus presents the award -- named for Randy Majors, one of the founders/creators of the Caucus -- to one individual at the NCA annual convention, and this year that awardee is our very own Dr. Eguchi!
The award will be presented during the Caucus's business meeting during the NCA convention, which will take place on Saturday, November 16th, at 12:30 PM in room 339 of the Baltimore Convention Center. All NCA attendees are invited to attend. And, in the meantime, please join me in congratulating Shinsuke on this honor.
