C&J PhD Student Tomide Oloruntobi Wins Prestigious ICA Award

A paper written by Mr. Tomide Oloruntobi, a member of our PhD program's first-year cohort, has been named the winner of this year's Interactive Poster Award by the Ethnicity & Race in Communication Division of the International Communication Association.

The paper, titled "Ghetto White is the New Brown: The Construction of Poor White Identity in Wells et al.'s Shameless," is attached.

Along with the recognition, Tomide will be receiving a certificate and a cash prize.
