Current PhD student Kimm Oostman and recent (May 2019) PhD recipient Denisse Vasquez Guevara have just published a co-authored chapter (with third author Luis Pastor Herrera) in a book called COLECCIÓN DE COMUNICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA.

This chapter explores what aspects should be taken into account in an organization concerning audiences to restore or renew confidence in the brand and/or company after a crisis.
